Job summary

Premier Research Group is seeking an Associate Data Manager - FS to join our Functional Services Provider team on a remote, fixed-term basis. You will help biotech and pharma clients transform ideas into medicines by ensuring high-quality clinical data in CDMS/EDC environments.

The role involves review of data listings, PRFs, edit checks, and documentation, with a November 1, 2026 start date and 3–5 month contract.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of practical experience using clinical data management systems and/or EDC products.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to deliver quality and timely results with strong customer focus.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing clean databases by reviewing clinical trial data for protocol conformance.
• Contribute to Data Management Plans supporting study deliverables.
• Generate queries to sites, vendors, and clients to resolve data issues.
• Review responses and modify databases accordingly to resolve discrepancies.
• Support CRF and edit check development and participate in user acceptance testing.
• Assist in testing data listings and ensure outputs meet requirements.
• Maintain documentation for CRF, edit checks, and data listings testing.
