Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. seeks a Clin Apps Spec - CT to manage the final implementation and training for CMSU modalities. You will work with doctors, nurses, and technologists to maximize proficiency and satisfaction with CMSU products after installation.

The role emphasizes clinical training, collaboration with physicians, and ongoing post-implementation support to ensure high-quality imaging and patient care.

Qualificações

• Excellent project management skills.

• Previous teaching experience a plus.
• Based on Modality Supported: XR/VL/MR/CT/PET-CT ARRT/NM credentials.

Responsabilidades

• Be the project manager for the final step in the implementation of a CMSU diagnostic imaging modality at each location.
• Develop the training plan and manage the training process for clinicians to maximize CMSU usage.
• Consult with physicians and clinicians on best clinical practices to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Determine whether client needs additional training and prepare it as needed.
• Maintain contact as the clinical liaison for CMSU at each facility.
• Complete site reports documenting daily training details.
• Provide pre/post communications for internal and external customers.
• Maintain technical and clinical proficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve problems affecting system performance and image quality.
• Escalate unresolved issues pertaining to system performance and image quality.
• Work with service engineers as needed.
• Complete Alerts and PCR when applicable.
• Provide mid-week updates to Applications Management and local Canon Team.
