Qualifications

• Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults preferred.
• Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred.
• Willing to work with associate-level clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients upon admission and build rapport.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments.
• Determine appropriateness for intensive outpatient program level of care.
• Document client information in electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with referral sources.
