Job summary

MaziCTools is seeking a dedicated Client Success Representative to provide a stellar experience for our small business advertisers. You will play a key role in supporting and advising our advertisers post-sale, ensuring they receive the top-notch service they expect.

As an integral member of our Client Success team, you will manage inquiries, demonstrate the value of our advertising solutions, and consistently meet or exceed monthly goals. This remote position offers competitive benefits including health coverage and potential performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems.
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising or small business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to reinforce revenue retention.
• Consult and educate advertisers through a high volume of inbound calls.
• Show clients value by highlighting advertising performance metrics.
• Quickly align product recommendations to suit client needs.
