IMMERSE is seeking a Remote Client Services Specialist to support learners and organizational clients using our immersive language-learning platform. In this fully remote role, you will respond to client questions, help resolve account and platform issues, guide users through learning services, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a reliable, welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in client services or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, and a calm, solutions oriented approach.
• Strong organization and detail orientation with reliable follow-up.
• Ability to learn web-based applications and support tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and learner questions through supported channels with clear, courteous guidance.
• Assist with account access, onboarding steps, scheduling questions, and routine troubleshooting; escalate when needed.
• Explain learning features and service processes in plain language.
• Record interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in designated systems.
• Coordinate with customer success, learning, operations, and tech teams to resolve requests.
• Monitor cases, prioritize time-sensitive needs, and ensure next steps are understood.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to resources and workflows.
• Protect confidential information and follow data-handling procedures.
