Job summary

2ops is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to lead client relationships and oversee the successful delivery of international IT projects. The role blends Account Manager, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator responsibilities to keep clients informed and projects on track.

You will coordinate engineers, monitor progress, support account growth, and work with the Lead DevSecOps Solution Architect to ensure high-quality outcomes for global clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering IT projects and managing client relationships.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between 2ops and assigned clients.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
• Coordinate project kickoff, planning, execution, reporting, and closure.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor delivery progress and ensure client satisfaction.
