Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of patient care experience within the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Resolve claim disputes submitted by physicians, hospitals, institutions, pharmacies, and other licensed healthcare providers.
• Provide assistance to contracted and non-contracted health care providers and health care plans for resolution of claims disputes.
• Perform duties efficiently, promptly, productively, and courteously while maintaining professionalism.
