Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager, Claims Modernization (QNXT Migration) Program Manager to lead large-scale healthcare payer transformation programs focused on claims modernization and QNXT migration. You will collaborate with client executives, technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading large-scale healthcare transformation, modernization, or migration programs within payer organizations.
Expertise in program and project management using Microsoft Project, including integrated planning, dependency management, resource planning, and risk tracking.
Strong experience leading Agile delivery programs utilizing Jira, sprint planning, backlog management, release planning, and stakeholder reviews.
Demonstrated success managing program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and executive reporting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business, technology, and executive teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale healthcare claims modernization and QNXT migration programs across multiple workstreams.
Establish and govern integrated program plans, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
Drive Agile program execution through sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release management, Jira governance, and performance tracking.
Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, resource utilization, cost control, and delivery performance.
Partner with business, technology, vendor, and client stakeholders to ensure successful transformation outcomes, risk mitigation, and organizational adoption.
