Job summary

Qualifications

• PE licensure and/or CCM holder required.
• 5–8+ years of experience in inspection, claims prep, and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong client relationships to support repeat business.
• Review plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports for project understanding.
• Assist with preconstruction, constructability reviews, and cost estimating.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and change management.
• Coordinate with project team to address field issues and risks.
• Manage invoicing, contracts, and project close-out activities.
