Job summary

SKYGEN is seeking a detail-oriented data processor to ensure timely processing of claims and authorizations in a fully remote role. You will support data entry teams, resolve submission discrepancies, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet client service levels.

The role requires strong multitasking, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of insurance processing guidelines. Training and collaboration with the Claims Intake team are key parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment online alphanumeric data entry assessment with high accuracy.
• Ability to work with multiple interruptions and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of insurance EOBs and billing concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client turnaround times for claim payment and authorization determinations.
• Provide second-tier support to data entry processors on submission discrepancies.
• Manage specialized workflows and coordinate resolutions with required departments.
• Review reporting, clear work queues, and prepare data transfer readiness.
• Communicate potential issues promptly to management for timely resolution.
• Multitask across multiple Enterprise System modules and processing requests.
• Act as SME for items sent to Claims Intake and resolve issues outside standard workflow.
• Assist with training of internal team members.
