A stable office environment and agile team are part of the work experience. Ideal candidates hold a HS diploma or GED, a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and 5 years of claims experience, with Midwest jurisdiction knowledge and MI or MN licensing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business.
• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to determine exposure and appropriate resolution.
• Negotiating settlements within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity with the claimant and client.
• Reporting claims to excess carrier and responding to directions promptly.
