Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• WWCP or Oregon Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner Certification.
• Jurisdiction knowledge: WA or OR.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims through structured action plans to timely resolution.
• Negotiate settlement within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimant and client.
• Report claims to excess carrier and respond to directions promptly.
