Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Home state license required; jurisdiction knowledge: all states.

Responsibilities

• Analyze General liability and Bodily Injury claims to determine benefits due and adjudicate within service standards.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients; report to excess carrier as needed.
