Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and interpret SOP documents and reports.
• Experience adjudicating claims and releasing payments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, process and resolve claims per guidelines and quality standards.
• Meet productivity and timeliness targets for claims processing.
• Coordinate with teams to obtain information for timely resolutions.
• Document time and records processed daily and maintain confidentiality.
