• Trainings will be provided to ensure you have the knowledge to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual or in-person inspections to identify damages that may be covered by insurance.
• Interpret insurance policies and advise clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address clients’ needs.
• Fill out paperwork to process claims and support claim progression.
