Responsibilities

• Analyze mid- to higher-level general liability claims and determine benefits.
• Assess liability, approve processes, and manage settlements within authority.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and negotiate recoveries.
• Maintain documentation and proper claims coding.
• Communicate actions with claimants and clients and support quality programs.
