Job summary

Aionios LLC in Irvine seeks Civil Litigation Attorneys for a nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm. This role offers exposure to sophisticated civil litigation and environmental matters with a collaborative team and a flexible hybrid/remote work arrangement.

You will manage matters through all phases, draft pleadings, conduct research and discovery, take depositions, and assist with trial preparation while working directly with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of civil litigation experience.
• Active Texas Bar admission.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication.
• Ability to manage matters independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Managing litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other substantive court filings.
• Conducting legal research and written discovery.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Appearing at hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings.
• Assisting with trial preparation and litigation strategy.
• Working directly with clients on complex civil litigation matters.
