Beacon Hill Staffing Group is assisting a law firm client in a priority search to add a litigation associate to their SoCal office. Ideal candidates will have civil litigation experience and a willingness to work within a flexible structure.

The position offers a base salary range of $140k-200k+ with performance bonuses. If the candidate has enough experience, the role can be fully remote from anywhere in SoCal; a hybrid option is also available.
