Qualifications

• Licensed California attorney.
• Civil litigation experience preferred; 1+ year recommended.
• Ability to manage litigation matters and an independent caseload.

Responsibilities

• Work with a firm partner on civil litigation defense matters.
• Manage an independent caseload depending on experience.
• Handle court appearances and other litigation proceedings.
• Manage discovery and conduct depositions.
• Handle motion practice and participate in mediations.
• Communicate with clients regarding case matters and litigation progress.
• Prepare cases for trial and assist with trial-related activities.
