Job summary

MaziCTools is seeking a Remote Sr. Security Firewall Engineer with deep expertise in Cisco FirePower (FTD) and FMC integration to lead security design, deployment, and optimization across brownfield and greenfield environments.

You will architect distributed firewalls, manage policies, and ensure robust network security using a range of vendor technologies including ASA, Palo Alto, and Check Point, while driving SSH, SSL, and threat intelligence-based protections.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, deploying and maintaining Cisco FTD NGFW with threat intelligence
• Ability to architect enterprise security across LAN/SD-WAN/SASE
• Strong knowledge of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, IPSEC, NAT, BGP/OSPF
• Experience with multi-vendor firewall environments and security audits
• Proven ability to respond to security alerts and maintain firewall policies

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, manage, maintain, and support Cisco FTD NGFW with threat intelligence
• Architect enterprise security across complex LAN/SD-WAN/SASE networks
• Monitor and respond to security alerts and perform maintenance
• Develop and maintain firewall policies and standards
• Conduct regular security audits and report findings to management
