YO AI Labs is seeking a Circuit Design Expert for a globally remote, contractor role. You will design, analyze, validate, and review real-world circuit solutions across analog, digital, mixed-signal, and RF domains. The project uses EDA workflows, simulation, and Python automation to optimize AI hardware tasks.

Candidates should have strong Python and programmatic EDA experience, with a track record of fabricated or taped-out designs. Flexible schedule and rapid onboarding are offered.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field, or BS with 1–2+ years circuit-design experience.
• Experience designing circuits that were fabricated, integrated, shipped, or taped out.
• Strong Python and programmatic EDA/tool experience.

Responsabilités

• Design and analyze analog, digital, power, mixed-signal, or RF circuits.
• Translate requirements into schematics, netlists, HDL, models, and simulation inputs.
• Run simulation, synthesis, and verification workflows using CLI/programmatic tools.
• Use Python to automate simulations, parameter sweeps, and result analysis.
• Evaluate voltage, current, power, gain, bandwidth, noise, timing, stability, and related outputs.
• Diagnose component, parasitic, layout, signal/power integrity, thermal, and manufacturing issues.
• Compare simulations with analytical calculations and hardware measurements.
• Review AI-generated circuit solutions and create reproducible reference solutions.
