• Coach and mentor Sales Specialists to build high-performing teams.
• Champion innovative uses of Chromebooks in retail to drive adoption.
• Analyze district data on sales, satisfaction, and training to identify improvements.
• Visit retail locations within the district and conduct on-site trainings.
• Collaborate with store managers to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs.
• Analyze store sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
