Welo Global is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to support an AI data annotation project. You will review trainer submissions, verify accuracy against images, and flag inconsistencies to uphold data quality.

Remote freelance role, 20 hours per week, compensation at $50.4 per hour. Excellent attention to detail, strong reading comprehension, and English feedback skills are essential; Chinese language proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong visual observation and reading comprehension.
• Apply guidelines consistently and objectively.
• Native or strong proficiency in Chinese.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality mindset.
• Experience in QA, editing, data review or labeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review tasks submitted by Trainers and compare with the image and gold standard.
• Verify correctness of golden answers based on visuals.
• Identify and flag incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent responses.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve data quality.
• Track recurring errors and report to the project team.
• Escalate unclear cases to the project team for resolution.
• Ensure output meets quality standards before final sign-off.
