Job summary

Grüns is seeking a Chief Product Officer to steer the product, R&D, science and regulatory teams from our remote HQ. You will craft the roadmap for new products, flavors, and formulations while ensuring commercial impact and regulatory compliance.

This is a hands-on leadership role with global reach and a focus on building scalable systems. You will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, development, science, and quality to accelerate go-to-market execution.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in product leadership and development.
• 5+ years leading a product or R&D organization in supplements, functional food, or adjacent CPG categories.
• Deep fluency in formulation science, ingredient sourcing, and regulatory affairs in the supplement or food space.

Responsibilities

• Lead a best-in-class product team and set a clear vision for excellence.
• Drive innovation strategy with a road map and evidence-backed concepts.
• Create industry-leading, science-backed formulations with regulatory defensibility.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver winning go-to-market strategies translating product innovation into business results.
• Build for quality and scale with emphasis on supply chain resilience and process efficiency.
