Job summary

TrackerRMS, Inc. is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the Director on the direction of the business, combining strategy, planning, performance and operations to ensure delivery across teams.

The role supervises the business support and project/coordinator functions, marketing support and interns, and reports to the Founder and Director in a remote, basis-contract setting with hours to be agreed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chief of staff, head of operations, business manager or strategy lead, ideally in a consultancy or small business.
• Has built or run a business plan, targets and reporting.
• Understands pricing, margins and cash flow.
• Strong Monday.com or similar experience, including automations and dashboards.
• Has managed several client projects at once.
• Able to work across UK, Gulf and other time zones.
• Clear writing and discretion with commercial and defence related information.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Director on the business plan, annual priorities and targets for each revenue stream.
• Turn the plan into quarterly goals with owners, and review progress each month.
• Develop the move from time based fees to retainers, success fees, equity and productised services.
• Assess new opportunities, partnerships and tenders against the plan and recommend which to pursue.
• Identify work that depends on the Director and set up ways for others to deliver it.
