Qualifications

• Experience defining, planning, and driving top-level strategic initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the CCO Org operating rhythm, including timely review and action of KPIs.
• Partner with People, Finance, Administration to drive strategic change and improvement initiatives org-wide.
• Drive the strategic and operational planning system for the CCO organization with visibility into results and impact.
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic projects, driving cross-functional initiatives and building consensus with senior leadership.
• Lead employee engagement strategy with People Business Partner and craft internal communications to inform, align, and motivate.
