NoGigiddy is seeking a Part-Time Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. You will respond promptly to gig workers' inquiries, provide accurate information, and help users navigate the platform via our chat system.

You will collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth support experience, stay updated on platform features, and escalate complex issues when needed. This role offers flexible hours, weekend shifts, and competitive hourly pay.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a customer support agent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work remotely with high productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to gig workers' inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information through our chat support system.
• Address and resolve gig workers' concerns, issues, or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient chat support experience for gig workers.
• Stay up-to-date with the features and functionalities of the NoGigiddy platform and our partner staffing apps.
• Assist gig workers in navigating the NoGigiddy platform and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter.
• Actively promote the benefits and features of NoGigiddy to gig workers to encourage engagement and participation.
• Document and escalation complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance.
