Job summary

Prestige School Solutions, LLC is seeking a Charter School Financial Professional (Consultant) to enhance services for charter school clients. The Consultant reports to the Leadership Team and works with partners and other consultants.

Responsibilities include overseeing payroll, AP, cash receipts, budget monitoring, monthly reports, real-time dashboards, and virtual board meetings; driving strategies to address budget shortfalls.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience.
• Advanced degree in accounting, banking, IT, or management.
• CPA license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, cash receipts, and related transactions for charter school clients.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for client boards and managers.
• Maintain real-time financial dashboards for client schools.
• Attend virtual client board meetings to present budget reports.
• Advise on budget shortfalls and remediation strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership and fellow consultants.
