Workada is seeking motivated individuals to turn chart analysis into training data for frontier AI. You will read dense charts, craft challenging questions, and build step-by-step solutions from anywhere in the US.

This role focuses on charts and graphs across domains, with a fully remote, flexible schedule. You’ll join a community of contributors and get paid three times a week via Stripe, with opportunities to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Background in a quantitative field (engineering, economics, finance, STEM)
• Strong quantitative and analytical reasoning; can work through multi-step problems
• Fluency reading complex visualizations: charts, graphs, diagrams, maps with multiple axes/dense legends
• Clear written English explaining step-by-step reasoning
• Attention to detail; precision in interpretation

Responsibilities

• Start with a chart or diagram and select a challenging visualization
• Ask a real question requiring genuine reasoning to answer
• Build the right answer with a clear, defensible step-by-step solution
• Test the question against AI and assess its reasoning
• Refine the task to surface model failures and document the golden answer
