Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA required.
• 9+ years of relevant experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting for private companies.
• Experience in audit, advisory, financial consulting, or operational finance (private equity experience preferred).
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex accounting and finance workstreams across multiple engagements, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, supporting engagement execution and client communication.
• Work closely with leadership to plan, coordinate, and deliver on key engagement objectives.
• Participate in client discussions and presentations, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, or delays and recommend practical solutions.
• Provide hands-on accounting and finance support across post-acquisition integration, reporting, and optimization.
