Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Remote, full-time Case Manager to support patient access to therapy through reimbursement services. You will navigate insurance benefits, initiate prior authorizations, and coordinate with payers, pharmacies, and support organizations to ensure coverage and timely delivery of therapy.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage a high enrollment volume.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-6 years experience in related field preferred.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial payers preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support patient access to therapy through Reimbursement Support Services.
• Guide healthcare providers through patient journey steps to therapy.
• Investigate patient health insurance benefits and prior authorizations.
• Proactively follow up with payers, specialty pharmacies, and support orgs.
• Ensure timely coverage and delivery of product while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal formats; meet daily task goals.
