Job summary

Imagine360 is seeking a remote Supervisor, Case Management to lead a team of Case Managers within our group health plans. You will provide supervision, guide policies, review billing, and drive quality initiatives while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The role emphasizes team leadership, data-driven reporting, and ongoing professional development. A nursing background with clinical leadership experience is required, with CCM preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college, university, or school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to Case Managers and oversee case management services.
• Edit, maintain, and implement Policies & Procedures to meet accreditations and business needs.
• Review and audit monthly billing for Case Managers.
• Support Quality Program initiatives with data collection, reporting and training.
• Maintain and report results of satisfaction surveys.
• Research member complaints and provide resolution.
• Participate in interview processes and onboarding of new employees.
• Oversee caseloads based on eligibility, needs, and qualifications.
• Mentor and coach team members; lead improvement projects.
