Get It Recruit - Transportation in Omak, WA is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer for a remote, full-time role with no on-site calls. The position offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities include performing complex cardiac ultrasound exams, assisting with TEE, preparing preliminary reports, and ensuring high-quality imaging. A RDCS/ RCS and BLS are required; travel to remote clinic sites is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• RDCS (ARRDMS) or RCS credential required.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience as adult/pediatric echocardiographer preferred, new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform high-quality diagnostic cardiac ultrasound exams (transthoracic Echo, treadmill, Dobutamine Stress Echo).
• Assist physicians with Transesophageal Echo (TEE) procedures.
• Determine diagnostic parameters and adjust imaging as needed.
• Monitor patient vitals during examinations and provide preliminary reports.
• Provide real-time assessment of image quality and adjust protocols.
• Utilize imaging techniques (echo contrast, 3-D quantification, Myocardial Strain Imaging).
• Perform echocardiographic studies in Cath Lab and stress imaging.
• Summarize data for reading cardiologist and alert to critical findings.
