Job summary

Murj is seeking a Remote Clinical Specialist to support scalable cardiac device management for our healthcare partners. This role blends clinical electrophysiology expertise with advanced technology to review device transmissions, prepare impressions, and support patient care.

Responsibilities include triaging transmissions, creating reports, performing outreach, and collaborating with clinics and Murj teams to ensure high-quality, timely service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of postsecondary education.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of cardiac device, rhythm monitoring, or related clinical experience.
• Active RN or LVN license, or Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) certification, or equivalent RT(R), CVT, RCIS, RCES, or IBHRE certification (CCDS/CDRMS).
• All hires who do not currently hold an active IBHRE certification must obtain and maintain IBHRE certification within 12–18 months of hire.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting cardiac device diagnostics across Abbott, Biotronik, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote clinical cardiac device services for assigned Murj customers in accordance with defined transmission protocols and clinical workflows.
• Independently review, interpret, and analyze cardiac device transmissions, including ILRs, pacemakers, ICDs, and CRT devices.
• Assess the clinical significance of device findings and determine appropriate actions, including immediate clinician escalation, routine reporting, and no action required.
• Triage alerts and manage workflow priorities.
• Prepare clear, accurate impression reports and recommend plans for clinic review.
• Perform clinic outreach when clinically indicated.
• Support care interval management and lost-to-follow-up workflows.
• Collaborate with Murj customers and maintain high clinical accuracy in documentation.
