Job summary

Heartflowinc in San Francisco is seeking a Clinical Field Specialist, CT, to optimize customer imaging programs and workflows. This role requires traveling to customer sites for training and relationship building with Technologists, Radiologists, and Cardiologists.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in clinical and cardiac CT along with a passion for delivering top-notch customer support. The position allows for significant remote work with up to 80% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years cardiac CTA experience.
• Must have active ARRT Certification in CT or Board Certified in Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Assess the customer lifecycle and ensure the coronary CT program is optimized.
• Conduct virtual and/or live training of technologists.
• Capture customer feedback and maintain knowledge of latest CT technology.

Skills

Expert knowledge of cardiac CT

Teaching and industry experience

Strong communication skills

Education

Associate degree in radiology, technology or related field

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
