Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is actively hiring a Capital Modeling Lead to develop internal economic capital modeling capabilities and to collaborate across ERM, Actuarial, Reinsurance, Investments and FP&A. The role is remote anywhere in the United States with exceptions.

You will design stochastic models, challenge methodologies, and guide capital analytics to support strategic planning and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in P&C economic capital modeling or enterprise risk modeling.
• Proven ability to design or build stochastic models, not just operate existing ones.
• Strong understanding of Monte Carlo, VaR/TVaR, dependencies, diversification, and capital attribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance internal economic capital models and analytics.
• Collaborate with ERM, Actuarial, Reinsurance, Investments, and FP&A to expand capital analytics usage.
• Translate capital results into actionable business insights for strategic decisions.
• Lead model governance, validation, and documentation.
