Job summary

American AgCredit seeks a skilled Corporate Operations Specialist to support loan processing and servicing across mortgage and commercial transactions. You will collaborate with deal teams, title companies and lenders to ensure timely closings and regulatory compliance, handling complex documentation and covenant monitoring.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in real estate finance, strong written and verbal communication, and proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience with real estate finance and documentation.
• Minimum three years documenting complex entity/collateral/loan structures.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loan closings with lenders, customers, title companies and other departments.
• Review title insurance requirements and prepare accurate loan documentation for cross-collateralized real estate transactions.
• Input required data into loan origination and related systems; monitor covenant reports.
• Maintain borrower relationships and provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with paid off loan processes and drive timely closings.
