Responsibilities include answering calls professionally, maintaining healthcare vocabulary, undergoing internal training, and reporting to the team leader. Ideal candidates have English-Cantonese bilingual proficiency and strong communication and note-taking

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese.
• 1+ years of interpreting experience (desirable).
• Strong communication and note-taking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally according to interpreter's code of conduct.
• Maintain industry-specific vocabulary (healthcare/medical).
• Complete internal training.
• Report to team leader.
