Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in healthcare or call-center settings is preferred.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls with empathy and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and within SLA.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments; manage reminders and confirmations.
• Document interactions accurately in EHR/EMR and other systems.
• Assist members with scheduling, transportation, pharmacy and navigation questions.
• Escalate concerns per protocol to protect member safety and service quality.
