Job Title: Remote Call Center Agent | Lead Qualifier | Solar Sales Development Representative | Junior Sales Rep | Solar Telemarketing Skilled

Our team has developed the first proprietary Cleantech Recommendation System that simplifies going solar, similar to Netflix Recommendations but for solar deals. Our leadership team has over 25 years of experience in solar, sales, finance, and technology startups.

We are building a better future! You will help homeowners participate in the Clean Energy Movement, reduce energy bills, lower their carbon footprint, and increase property value. We offer various financing, leasing, and ownership packages to demonstrate economic value.

We are seeking talented, motivated, and experienced call center/telemarketing candidates to join our team. As a Call Qualifier, you will educate, qualify, and pre-sell warm leads for solar options.

We provide comprehensive training and support, including:

  • Extensive EnergyPal University Training in Solar Energy, Sales, Lead Qualification, and Customer Service, starting with a 48-hour program plus weekly sessions.
  • Leads from credible sources interested in solar energy and home improvement. No cold calling!
  • Access to our proprietary software platform to enhance efficiency and results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound leads daily, educate customers on solar benefits, pitch our value proposition, answer FAQs, collect project info (utility bills, energy usage, roof orientation), and set up customers for sales.

Join us as we expand into new markets. Qualified applicants should submit their resume and cover letter. Afterward, you'll complete a short test on your remote setup, followed by an interview with our recruiting team.
