Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking a CAD Technician to convert architectural concepts into production-ready drawings for commercial fit-out and joinery projects. You will work with designers, workshop teams and site personnel to ensure accuracy and manufacturability, producing detailed CAD packages and updating drawings as needed.

The role emphasizes strong AutoCAD skills, attention to detail and clear communication across multidisciplinary teams, with a work-from-home setup and regular GMT/BST schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Industrial Design, Drafting Technology or related discipline is essential.
• Strong practical proficiency in AutoCAD and CAD software is essential.
• Excellent interpreting of architectural, engineering and design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, detailed and scaled technical drawings using AutoCAD and other approved CAD software.
• Develop architects’ and designers’ concepts into detailed working drawings for fit-out and joinery projects.
• Prepare manufacturing, construction and installation drawings and supporting documentation.
• Modify drawings to incorporate changes and feedback.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural, engineering and site information.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and project deadlines.
