The role involves preparing and reviewing calculations, staking drawings, and coordinating with the drafting manager to ensure accuracy across P&D staking, addition foundations, and subdivision plans.

This hands-on technical position emphasizes precision, plan interpretation, and timely delivery for Rockford and other client workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD drafting and surveying calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans, construction plans, and recorded plats.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review house calculations and staking drawings for residential construction.
• Prepare and review dirt calculations and multiple surfaces for dirt quantities.
• Create master staking drawings for new subdivisions and verify plat alignments.
• Support as-built surveys and specialized Rockford workflow training.
