Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.
• Passed and in Good Standing with the California State Bar.
• 2+ years of Workers' Comp Defense experience; trial and cross-examination preferred.
• Experience with Depositions.
• Understanding confidentiality requirements.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
