Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Litigation Associate (Warranty Defense) to join a top law firm. The position entails managing warranty defense litigation matters from inception through resolution. Candidates must have 2+ years of litigation experience and an active California Bar license.

Role: Litigation Associate (Warranty Defense)

Location: Remote (California | must be local and licensed in CA)

Compensation: $150K – $165K + discretionary annual bonus

• Handle motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial/arbitration preparation
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery materials
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop defense strategies
• Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines across multiple matters
