Qualifications

• 5 to 15 years of experience in civil/business litigation.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Active bar license in good standing in California preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft, review, and argue motions and other legal documents.
• Manage all aspects of a litigation caseload from intake through resolution.
