Qualifications

• JD or LLM from an accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Active California Bar admission, in good standing.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers and insurers in workers' compensation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations; negotiate settlements.
• Manage caseloads and adhere to firm procedures and deadlines.
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and clients on case strategy.
