Job summary

CAI is seeking a Business Operations Intern to support business development, marketing, research, and strategic planning across the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze opportunities and contribute to growth initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in key operational objectives. The internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, full-time at 40 hours per week, with core hours 8:30 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m. All work must be performed within the United States.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Technology, Communications, or a related field
• Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Support teams with business development initiatives
• Assist with developing marketing campaigns and social media content
• Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis
• Assist with proposal development and strategic planning
• Attend weekly meetings with CAI teams
