Job summary

CAI is seeking a Business Operations Intern to support business development, marketing, research, and strategic planning across the organization. The role offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional teams and a fast-paced environment during a 9-week summer program.

Interns will develop analytical, communication, and project coordination skills, with core hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the United States. U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant college degree program (Marketing, Business, PR, Tech, Communications)
• Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Support teams with business development initiatives
• Assist with developing marketing campaigns and social media content
• Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis
• Assist with proposal development and strategic planning
• Attend weekly meetings with CAI teams
