Job summary

Oxley Enterprises, Inc. runs a 90‑day intern program designed for college students to learn about the company and gain hands‑on experience across Human Resources, Recruiting, General Business Support, Business Development, and AI enablement.

Under direct supervision, interns work with professional staff to develop a career roadmap and gain exposure to multiple departments. No prior experience required, pursuing a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree; junior or senior preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Basic familiarity with AI tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support HR tasks, including engagement emails and newsletter creation.
• Assist recruiting, scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Create and maintain templates and processes across departments.
• Support business development research and pipeline maintenance.
• Develop prompts, workflows, and best practices for AI-enabled work.
