Responsibilities include planning, educating clients on brand benefits, and leading a marketing team to meet annual objectives while supporting franchise growth efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum five years of direct sales experience.
• At least one year of management experience.
• Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills.
• Strong process and results driven attitude.
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive advantages of SERVPRO and educate clients about brand benefits.
• Prepare a business development plan based on past performance and growth objectives to meet revenue goals.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships and develop new prospects and leads.
• Complete annual marketing needs assessment, including CE classes, lunch-and-learns, budgeting, and action plans.
• Perform a comparative analysis of revenue, metrics vs established goals.
• Develop marketing initiatives and budget to create an annual plan.
• Recruit, train, and manage marketing teammates.
